본 약관은 MYNERD(이하 "서비스"/"소프트웨어") 운영자 주식회사 디자인아이브(이하 "회사")와 이용자(이하 "사용자") 사이의 법적 계약입니다. 소프트웨어를 설치·실행·이용하거나 "동의"를 선택하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
회사는 본 약관 준수를 조건으로, 소프트웨어를 개인 사용자 1인이 자신의 기기에서 이용할 수 있는 비독점적·양도 불가·해지 가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다. 소프트웨어는 판매가 아니라 라이선스됩니다. 명시적으로 부여되지 않은 모든 권리는 회사가 보유합니다.
위반 시 회사는 사전 통지 없이 라이선스를 즉시 해지할 수 있습니다.
본 라이선스는 개인 사용자 1인을 위한 것입니다. 팀·다수 좌석·조직 전반 배포·기관 도입·재판매·서비스형 제공 등은 별도의 기업/팀 라이선스 계약이 필요합니다. support@mynerd.io로 문의하세요. 회사의 서면 동의 없는 조직 단위 사용은 약관 위반입니다.
소프트웨어는 외부 저장소(예: Ollama, Hugging Face)에서 AI 모델을 실시간 검색·다운로드·사용할 수 있게 합니다. 이러한 모델은 각 제공자의 별도 라이선스·약관의 적용을 받습니다. 회사는 그 모델을 라이선스·보증하지 않으며, 각 모델·데이터셋·외부 구성요소의 라이선스 준수 책임은 전적으로 사용자에게 있습니다.
사용자가 외부 서비스 API 키를 입력해 사용하는 경우, 이용요금·약관 준수·키 보안은 사용자 책임입니다.
소프트웨어는 사용자의 지시에 따라 파일 생성·수정, 브라우저·메신저 연동 등 실제 작업을 수행할 수 있습니다. 사용자의 지시에 따라 수행된 작업의 결과에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 사용자는 중요한 데이터의 백업을 스스로 유지해야 합니다.
사용자가 만든 브레인·워크플로우·에이전트·에셋과 산출물의 소유권은 사용자에게 있습니다. 사용자가 라이브러리·포럼 등 공개 영역에 게시하면, 회사가 서비스 운영을 위해 이를 호스팅·표시·배포·복제할 수 있는 전 세계적·비독점적·무상 라이선스를 부여합니다. 소프트웨어·프레임워크·상표("MYNERD","네드")의 권리는 회사에 있습니다.
요금제별 기능·한도가 다를 수 있습니다. 만료 시 무료 플랜으로 강등될 수 있으나, 사용자가 만든 자산 자체는 삭제되지 않습니다.
소프트웨어는 로컬 우선으로 상당 부분 오프라인 동작합니다. 다만 라이선스 검증·로그인·클라우드 백업 등 일부 기능은 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다.
유료 구독의 결제·세금·환불은 Merchant of Record(현재 없음(베타 기간에는 유료 결제를 운영하지 않으며, 도입 시 지정해 알립니다))를 통해 처리됩니다. 라이선스 제공자는 회사, 결제 주체는 MoR입니다. 상세 조건은 환불·취소 정책에 따릅니다.
소프트웨어는 "있는 그대로(AS IS)" 및 "이용 가능한 상태로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 상품성·특정목적 적합성·비침해·무중단·무오류 및 AI 산출물의 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다.
법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 회사는 간접·부수적·특별·결과적 손해에 책임지지 않으며, 총 책임은 청구 발생 직전 12개월간 사용자가 실제 지불한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.
사용자는 언제든 이용을 중단·계정 해지할 수 있습니다. 약관 위반 시 회사는 라이선스를 해지할 수 있습니다. 성질상 존속하는 조항은 유효합니다.
사용자는 계약 체결 가능 연령이어야 하며 최소 만 14세 이상이어야 합니다(관할에 따라 더 높을 수 있음).
회사는 약관을 변경할 수 있으며 중대한 변경 시 사전 고지·재동의를 요청할 수 있습니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며 회사 소재지 관할 법원을 관할법원으로 합니다. 거주지 소비자보호법의 강행 권리는 영향받지 않습니다.

These Terms form a legal agreement between DesignAIV Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), the operator of MYNERD (the "Software"/"Service"), and you (the "User"). By installing, running, or using the Software, or clicking "Agree," you accept these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software as a single individual user on your own devices. The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Violation may result in immediate termination without notice.
This license is for a single individual. Team, multi-seat, organization-wide, institutional, resale, or service-provider use requires a separate enterprise/team license. Contact support@mynerd.io. Organization-level use without written consent violates these Terms.
The Software lets you search, download, and use AI models from external sources (e.g., Ollama, Hugging Face). Such models are subject to their own licenses and terms. The Company does not license or warrant them, and you are solely responsible for complying with each model's/dataset's license.
If you supply external API keys, you are responsible for their fees, terms compliance, and key security.
The Software may perform real actions at your direction. You are responsible for the results of actions taken at your direction. Maintain your own backups of important data.
You own the brains, workflows, agents, assets, and outputs you create. If you publish to public areas (library, forum), you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and reproduce it to operate the Service. Rights in the Software, framework, and marks belong to the Company.
Features and limits vary by plan. On expiry a paid plan may downgrade to free, but your created assets are not deleted.
The Software is local-first and largely works offline; license verification, login, and cloud backup require internet.
Payment, tax, and refunds are handled by the Merchant of Record (none at present (no paid plans during the beta; one will be designated and announced before launch)). The Company is the licensor; the MoR is the seller of record. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." The Company disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, and uninterrupted/error-free operation; AI outputs are not warranted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; total liability will not exceed amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Software anytime. The Company may terminate for breach. Surviving sections remain in effect.
You must be able to contract in your jurisdiction and at least 14 years old (higher where required).
The Company may change these Terms with reasonable notice; re-acceptance may be required for material changes.
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the courts at the Company's registered address as jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

MYNERD 서비스를 운영하는 주식회사 디자인아이브(이하 "회사")는 최소 수집·로컬 우선 원칙에 따라 개인정보를 처리합니다. 현재 MYNERD는 베타 기간으로, 이용자는 앱을 무료로 내려받아 설치해 사용하며 회사는 유료 결제를 받지 않습니다.

회사는 대화·브레인·작업 파일을 서버로 수집하지 않습니다(클라우드 백업·공개 게시를 직접 선택한 경우 제외). 접속 IP는 요청 제한 등 보안 목적으로 순간적으로만 사용하고 저장하지 않습니다.
가입·로그인·라이선스 확인, 설치·이용 현황 파악과 서비스 개선, 업데이트·공지 안내, 보안·부정사용 방지, 고객지원, 법적 의무 이행.
회원 정보는 회사가 직접 운영하는 서버(대한민국)에 저장합니다. 회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

구글 로그인 대신 이메일로 가입하면 Google로의 이전을 피할 수 있습니다. Cloudflare는 서비스 제공에 꼭 필요해 거부하면 웹사이트와 앱의 온라인 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다. Telegram 알림 이전을 원하지 않으면 support@mynerd.io로 알려 주세요.
보유기간이 지나거나 목적을 달성하면 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 탈퇴·해지 시 관련 데이터를 합리적 기간 안에 삭제합니다(법정 보존 항목 제외). 로컬 데이터는 사용자가 직접 삭제·초기화할 수 있습니다.
열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·동의철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. GDPR 대상자는 이동권·이의제기권 등, CCPA 대상자는 열람·삭제·판매거부권을 가집니다(회사는 판매하지 않음). 안내 메일 중 마케팅 메일은 수신거부할 수 있습니다. 요청: support@mynerd.io
만 14세 미만(관할별 상이) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
비밀번호 암호화 저장, 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 관리자 접근 제한과 인증, 최소 권한 운영 등 합리적 보호조치를 취합니다. 자격증명(비밀번호·PIN·API 키) 관리 책임은 사용자에게도 있습니다.
웹사이트는 로그인 유지 정보와 방문자 난수 ID를 브라우저 저장소에 보관합니다. 브라우저 설정에서 언제든 삭제할 수 있으며, 삭제하면 로그인이 풀릴 수 있습니다.
주식회사 디자인아이브 MYNERD 운영팀 · support@mynerd.io — 개인정보 관련 문의·불만·피해 구제를 처리합니다. 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972), 개인정보침해신고센터(118)에도 도움을 요청할 수 있습니다.
방침을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리하거나 수집 항목이 늘어나는 경우 가능한 한 30일 전)부터 웹사이트·앱 공지로 알리고, 중요한 변경은 가입자에게 메일로도 알립니다.

We do not collect your chats, brains or work files (except backups or public posts you choose). IP addresses are used only momentarily for security such as rate limiting and are not stored.
Account data is stored on servers the Company operates in the Republic of Korea. We do not sell personal data.
Cloudflare (US and global edge locations: connection data, for delivery and security, on each request), Google (US: Google ID and email, on Google sign-in), Telegram (servers abroad: masked email, country, app version, when the event occurs). Retention follows each provider's policy. You can avoid the Google transfer by signing up with email. Cloudflare is required to provide the service. Contact us to opt out of Telegram alerts.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent; GDPR and CCPA rights also apply where relevant. Marketing emails can be unsubscribed. Contact: support@mynerd.io
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14 (or the local age). We hash passwords, encrypt traffic (HTTPS) and restrict admin access. The website stores a sign-in token and a random visitor ID in browser storage, which you can clear at any time.
Privacy contact: DesignAIV Co., Ltd., MYNERD Operations, support@mynerd.io. We announce changes on the website and in the app at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days where possible for changes that expand collection) and email registered users about significant changes.
본 정책은 MYNERD 유료 구독의 취소·환불에 적용됩니다. 현재 베타 기간에는 유료 구독을 판매하지 않으며, 유료 결제를 도입하면 결제대행사(Merchant of Record)를 지정해 이 정책과 함께 알립니다.
취소는 자동 갱신을 중단하는 것으로, 이미 결제한 기간의 만료일까지 계속 이용할 수 있습니다. 환불은 대금 반환으로 아래 조건에 따릅니다. 취소는 앱 내에서 언제든 가능합니다.
결제일로부터 14일 이내이며 라이선스를 활성화하지 않은 경우 100% 환불됩니다(월간·연간 동일). 라이선스를 활성화한 뒤(제품 키 등록 또는 로그인으로 유료 기능 이용 개시)에는 해당 결제분의 환불이 제공되지 않습니다. 환불 시 구독은 종료됩니다.
정기 구독은 해지 전까지 자동 갱신되며, 갱신 결제분은 라이선스가 이미 활성화된 상태이므로 환불이 제공되지 않습니다. 갱신을 원치 않으면 갱신일 전에 취소하세요. 취소해도 남은 기간은 만료일까지 이용할 수 있습니다.
사용자가 결제 시 즉시 이용 개시에 동의하면 위 기준(활성화 시 환불 불가)을 넘어선 법정 철회권은 제한될 수 있습니다. 결제 절차에서 이에 대한 동의를 확인합니다. 강행적으로 보장되는 소비자 권리는 침해되지 않습니다.
위 기간 경과, 약관 위반·부정사용(크랙·우회), 프로모션/무료 제공분, 결제 분쟁(차지백) 진행 중 계정.
차지백 접수 시 계정이 검토를 위해 일시 정지될 수 있습니다. 부정 차지백 확인 시 재가입·재결제를 제한할 수 있습니다(도용 카드 피해자 보호를 위해 자동 영구차단 없이 검토 후 처리).
환불은 원 결제수단으로 이루어지며 반영까지 수일이 걸릴 수 있습니다. 처리 주체는 MoR입니다.

This Policy applies to paid MYNERD subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are not sold during the current beta; a Merchant of Record will be designated and announced when paid plans launch.
Cancellation stops auto-renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refund returns money paid, per below. You can cancel anytime in the app.
Within 14 days of payment and before license activation: 100% refund (monthly and annual alike). Once the license is activated (product key registered, or paid features started via sign-in), no refund is provided for that charge. A refund ends the subscription.
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Renewal charges are non-refundable, as the license is already active. Cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to renew; access continues until expiry.
If you consent to immediate access at checkout, statutory withdrawal beyond the rule above (no refund after license activation) may be limited. This is confirmed at checkout. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived where they cannot be.
Expiry of the windows; breach/abuse (cracking, circumvention); promotional/free grants; accounts with an active chargeback.
An account may be suspended for review upon a chargeback. For confirmed fraud we may restrict re-signup (we review first to protect stolen-card victims).
Refunds go to the original method; posting may take several days. The MoR processes refunds.
